• SSUPERSTORE.COM only ships all packages to the billing address of the credit card. The accuracy of this address is the responsibility of the cardholder. Address corrections that are made while in transit or after delivered to a wrong address are expensed to the cardholder credit card as we incur charges from UPS for this service. Orders shipped to any address other than the billing address may be delayed or cancelled for credit card verification. For shipping damage: all claim must be file within 24 hours or next day of received. No exception.

• For UPS Ground Shipments, some products can be considered OS1(over-size), which UPS charges 30 pounds, some products can be considered OS2, which UPS charges 70 pounds. There are certain products such as Body Kits, Bumpers, Spoilers, Exhaust systems, Fender, etc that will have an additional charge because it's over their size and weight restrictions.

• For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Porto Rico, Please select UPS 2nd Day Air Service. There is no Ground Service.

• For international order,  Please email us for shipping quote. Also, SSUPERSTORE.COM will not responsible for return shipping under any kind of circumstances.

• Parts that are too large or too heavy for UPS are delivered by LTL Freight delivery. Most truck freight items have Flat Delivery Rates, a Terminal Fee, Inside Delivery Charge and Residential surcharge.  If you purchase any body kits, front bumper cover, rear bumper cover, side panel or large size spoiler you must choose this shipping method, which the estimate shipping cost is between $150-$250.  Additional $35 will be charge for any residential delivery.  Please e-mail or contact us first for any shipping quote.

Time to Process your order

Time to Process is the estimated number of business days from ordering product to shipping of product. In most cases, we will ship your orders from the next business day after you orders is completed and credit card information is verified.

Sometime we might have items in back order, we will e-mail you when it occurred.

Please take account of following circumstances where this process may be delayed:

• If we need to verify your credit card information, shipment of merchandise will be delayed until verification is complete.
• If your shipping address is different from your billing address, this may cause additional delays and verification needs.
• Built-to-order and special merchandise requires additional processing days.
• Merchandise does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Time in Transit

Time in Transit is the estimated number of business days from shipment of product to your receipt of product.

You can choose between rapid delivery and the economy of ground freight. For rapid delivery we offer UPS Next Day Air service, 2nd Day Air and 3 Days Select. For ground freight we offer UPS ground service. Please note that:

• UPS Next Day service, 2nd Day service, and 3 Days Select is from time of product shipment, not from time of order taken (there may be processing or weekend days in between).
